Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is a global membership-based NGO. FSC® forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves the natural ecosystem and benefits the lives of local people and workers, all while ensuring it sustains economically viability. Tornator Eesti OÜ holds the FSC® certificate since November 18th, 2016.

PEFC is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable forest management. PEFC is an umbrella organization endorsing national forest certification systems. In Estonia, the Estonian Forest Certification (Eesti Metsasertifitseerimise Nõukogu) is the representative of PEFC. The overall objective of the Estonian forest certification scheme is to support the implementation of sustainable forestry in Estonia. Tornator Eesti OÜ joined with Estonian Private Forest Union (Eesti Erametsaliit) PEFC group forest certification at 01.01.2016.
